Two bad experiences, both drivers spoke little English Based on the excellent reviews I found online (which I now seriously doubt), I booked two transfers with this company. For the first one, the driver didn't show up until I got in touch with the company, and kept us waiting for a long time at the airport. The van was very large, not very well maintained for our standards, and of dubious taste (this part is, of course, subject to our cultural perspective and it could look amazing to others). The TV was way too loud, and we couldn't adjust the volume. The driver spoke almost no English and complained about a 20% tip. For the second ride the next morning, the driver got lost on the way to drop us off. Then he drove in the wrong way in a roundabout, which really scared us. To complete the experience, he did not drop us off at the entrance to the cruise ship terminal (we were boarding the Explora I). He said he could not drive there, but there were multiple other vans dropping guests off at the correct location. Afterwards, the company first placed the blame on me, saying the address of the cruise port was incorrect, then started harassing me to remove the review. They obviously don't understand how reviews should work, and keep sending emails demanding that I remove my personal review of their service. Caveat emptor.
Highly Recommended! Excellent and Professional Transfer Service This was my first experience using this transfer service, and I was extremely satisfied. The office staff were exceptional—they were consistently available and responded promptly to all my queries, which was very convenient as we could contact them via WhatsApp. The driver, Mustafa, displayed exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and politeness, and it was a pleasant surprise that he demonstrated a strong command of German. The service was seamless: the vehicle arrived precisely as scheduled, and I especially appreciated the prior notification of the car's registration number before pickup. Have used Ella Car Transfer Antalya a few times and there service is fantastic! You can contact them on WhatsApp and they are always so quick to respond. You make the booking on their website and everything is so clear. You get the price straight away and I’ve found them to be very reasonable as well. Cars are always very clean and luxurious and drivers are very courteous. There is wifi available in all the cars, they are air conditioned and there is tv as well!
